Tournament Rundown

Tournament Fees (non members): $200 per player

Okie Open League Fees: $450 per player

Okie Open Team Fees: $1200 per team

Clinic Fees vary. See Event tab or Contact Us.

-Horse stabling included in tournament fees but may be limited. Please reach out with horse count & stabling preferences in advance.

-All Tournament fees must be paid BEFORE you play. Please contact Bobbi or Gracie to pay. Cash, Check, Cashapp, Venmo, PayPal & Debit Card are all accepted forms of payment.

-Waivers must be signed before playing.

-Hay is available for purchase at GCS for those who prefer not to haul it. Please RESERVE your hay. Bobbi or Gracie can help you with availability & purchasing.

-Duties are expected from all players. Duty schedule will be sent out prior to games. It is YOUR responsibility to fill your spot if you are unavailable for your duties. Fees will apply for tardies.
